 John Sabatier is a Managing Director with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. (“Stifel”) in its Public Finance Housing Group.  Mike Airhart is a Managing Director with Stifel's National Housing Finance practice. He is primarily responsible for housing clients in the southeastern U.S. and works out of the Baton Rouge office. Mr. Airhart has more than 27 years of experience in the housing finance industry as a mortgage banker, nonprofit executive, local housing finance agency director, and investment banker. His depth of knowledge of financial markets is complemented by his hands-on experience in running both market rate and mortgage revenue bond programs. Prior to joining Stifel/GKB, he served as executive director of a local housing finance authority for three years. Mr. Airhart has served as co-manager and senior manager for numerous single-family mortgage revenue bond transactions. He has passed the Series 50, 52, 63 and SIE Examinations. He holds a MBA degree from Louisiana State University.

Christopher Moriarty is a Managing Director and a member of the Pubic Finance Housing Group located in New York, NY. Mr. Moriarty joined Stifel in August 2015. Prior to joining Stifel he had a similar role at Well Fargo Securities. He has also worked at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in their Pubic Finance Housing Groups. Mr. Moriarty has 22 years of public finance experience. Mr. Moriarty focuses on affordable and public purpose multi-family finance including financing different structures of affordable multi-family projects including low income housing tax credit, Section 8, FHA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae insured loans, military housing , section 236, student housing, elderly housing and pooled financings. Prior to Lehman Brothers he spent 10 years at Standard & Poor’s in Public Finance Housing towards the end leading the multi-family practice group. Mr. Moriarty started his business career at Arthur Andersen & Co. He also worked at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber in real estate corporate finance and at Pearce Mayer & Greer in mortgage finance. He has a real estate broker’s license from NY State. He is a graduate of Columbia Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Accounting and has a BA from Columbia College. He is a retired Captain in the US Naval Reserve. Mr. Moriarty holds the Series 7, 50 and 63 securities licenses. Mr. Moriarty provides support to multi-family and TEMS nationally and Freddie Mac secondary offerings.
